We want you to love your order.

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging, unless they arrived faulty.

To start a return, get in touch with Ephemera with your order number. Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable except where an item is faulty.
